International Orders(Canada Only)
At this time, the WGBH Collection only ships international orders to Canada. For orders shipped to Canada, add $7 to the standard shipping charges. Please contact our customer care center via phone or email (see the "Contact Us" section at the bottom of the page) to place your order. For mail orders, include a list of titles, quantities, the shipping address, preferred shipping method, and contact information for any follow-up questions about your request. Please allow 2 business days for a response. All prices in U.S. dollars, payable in US funds only. Foreign duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Sorry, no Rush or Express delivery available. Some products cannot be shipped to Canada.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available in $10 increments from $25 up. They may be redeemed over the phone. Both electronic and paper gift cards are available. Please note, only one gift card may be redeemed per order. Click here for more details.

Returns Policy
You may return any part of your WGBHCollection.org order for a replacement or full product refund (minus shipping and handling) at any time. If the return is due to defective or damaged product or a shipping error, please contact Customer Service for a postage paid label. IN STOCK items ship from the warehouse within 2 business days, except when express delivery is selected.
If you do not select a specific ship method for your order, it will automatically ship via Regular Delivery. Please note that if shipping to a Post Office box, your order cannot ship via any UPS method.
Sales Tax
WGBHCollection.org collects applicable sales tax for orders shipped to the following states: California, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont. However, due to technical constraints, sales tax does not display during the checkout process. Your sales tax will be included in your shipment confirmation e-mail, and you will be charged the applicable sales tax when your order ships. Please feel free to contact the Customer Service department if you would like to know your applicable sales tax before placing your order.
Products listed as "For educational use only" may only be purchased by teachers, educators, educational institutions, libraries, scouting troops, religious education programs, home schooling families and similar organizations for educational use only, and no admission may be charged to view the program.
