E-mail gift cards arrive at the recipients inbox within 4 hours of your order - a great solution when you need to send a present in a hurry! Paper gift cards will arrive within 3-7 days.

Redeeming a gift card is easy over the phone!

By phone, call us at (877) 807-2622, and mention the gift card number to our customer service representative.

Please note the following:

• Only one gift card may be redeemed per order
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
• Gift cards are not refundable
• Any unused balance will be maintained in our system under the gift card number
• Gift cards or unused portions of gift cards will expire one year from the date of issue
• If your order exceeds the amount of the gift card you must pay for the remainder with a credit card or check
• Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• Applicable sales tax will be charged when paying for a purchase with gift cards
